Bright ruby-red with mauve highlights; delicate, fruity bouquet reminiscent at first of red and wild black cherries, and then - in the year following the harvest - riper fruit; dry, elegant, well-balanced flavour, round and lingering.

Serve at 16-18°C; keep for a maximum of 2-3 years.
