The Barbera San Giovanni is put into barriques of 300 – 500 litres where it stays for 12 months.

Soft with an intense ruby-red colour, the Barbera has a full bouquet which with oxygenation opens out into ripe blackberry and violet scents.

It has a full, warm and lingering flavour with delicate tannins and a soft, fruity pleasant ending.
