PROPERTIES & CELLAR LIFE:
A
classic wine of the Langa hills, Dolcetto's intense ruby-red colour
sparkles with mauve highlights, while its fragrant and flowery aromas
feature cherries and violets, joined by ripe fruit and raisins after
a year.
The nose is confirmed by the flavour: dry and well-balanced, with
noticeable body and stuffing. Recommended cellar life: one to three
years.
